When we align with our own Voice (written or vocal)…with our own inner Guidance…and with our own sacred Values we begin to heal what is out-of-alignment with the natural Flow and our own sovereign Authenticity.
We begin to heal back into our natural state of Wholeness…of Oneness. We, naturally…and efficiently…become our own Healers.
I continue my journey back to my own Self from an existential harm and deliberate (occult) control that caused a rupture from that natural space of inner alignment. A rupture that could not have been healed without a re-opening of my voice and an honoring of the birthright of my own sovereign expression. What I have used may be of help to you.
While there may always be a necessity to engage with various therapists, counselors or psychologists/psychiatrists I am here to provide support for our own innate ability to heal…without going down the, sometimes, endless and expensive rabbit hole of numberless years of therapy…no less therapy which could possibly understand the occult.
Additionally…no amount of psychotherapeutic tools and strategies can possibly substitute for actual justice. And no amount of pre-mature forgiveness should replace aligning with your own, core values.
I am not a physician or clinical healer, of any type, but I am here to encourage you to courageously access your own, built-in, healing abilities.
Your Own Voice
Your very own voice is a deep healing vehicle.
It accurately mirrors those areas we have shutdown from suppression and repression…for whatever reason, inclusive of actual threat.
The healing is in the actual re-claiming of the natural birthright of our innate, authentic voice.
In some cases, this is a courageous step.
Beauty, Creativity and Nature
Engaging in… stopping and noticing…the abundant Beauty of the natural world is not only one of the most grounding of actions it is, also, one of the most readily available and joyful of healing actions.
Most of us have one of the BEST inventions of the past decade right in our hands: the cell phone camera!
It was through photography that I found a re-opening of a creativity that had been aborted and of a new-found appreciation of the natural world.

Walking
My daily walks in nature…and the photography of such…have been, quite literally, my healing agents. ❦
Any exercise will, literally, help clear your ‘auric field’ of negative energy and spirit-world infection…whether deliberate or merely picked up in the environment.

The Animal Kingdom and Our Pets
The touch and connection with another Being whether it be Human, Animal or Plant is not only grounding…but, ultimately healing.
We, innately, feel this love for other creatures.
Allow yourself to feel some of some of our ever-present cosmic, divine Connection with the animal kingdom.
In the natural love we have for our Pets…our healing is already foreground.
